As a sponsor, we delivered 200 spring gift packages in the Spring Festival Campaign and make people feel at home!

It was first time for Hopkinton to hold Spring Festival, and it really made me surprised because of the great success!

Setting two ongoing development projects here, for we believed it would be a potential district in the MA! 

In this event, NT Development celebrated the Spring Festival with people and delivered 400 spring packages to audience as a gift!

It was more an investment communication than a business gathering. Very glad to be here and sponsor this event!

A great Charity Auction was held in Boston and hundreds of people gathered here to donate and help people in trouble!

It's a great honor to sponsor the real estate investment panel session "How I Got Into Real Estate". Nicholas, CEO of NT Development, elaborated on the company's history and offer real estate consultant services to the audience. 35 people gathered together to discuss the possible development trend of real estate. 

Ashima Suite Concert was held in Lexington. As a sponsor of this concert, we handed out free glow sticks to the audience and did a great favor to assist the concert smoothly going! 300 people were involved in the concert, enjoying the excellent instrument performance and amazing stage. 

This Saturday, we held City Council President Ed Flynn's Fundraising event as host by ourselves. Honestly, We're very happy to have 30 people here, talking about real estate development, cultural integration, and new technology trends in Boston. Thanks to all the guests and co-hosts coming to make a generous donation and kindly support us! 

On this special day, 50 people came to the Boston city hall and meet with Council President Ed Flynn. Nicholas, the CEO of NT Development, took a group photo with Ed Flynn as a representative and claimed the award of Outstanding Contribution to Cultural Exchange and Community Service honored by Ed Flynn.

AAPI held the 5K running event in Lexington, and as a sponsor, we participated in this event. 300 people came and ran for the race. Some people came by and discussed their financial investment plan with us before the race started. Considering the hot weather, we offered the athletes water and chocolate to energize themselves.

The 2023 Boston International Asian Music Festival was going smoothly, and we were very glad, as the sponsor, to celebrate this event altogether with 300 people in Belmont. Hundreds of people came to our booth and ask about the financial investment. It's a great Sunday to be here with lots of music-goers in Belmont!  

The 2023 Boston International Asian Music Festival was held in Acton this Saturday with 250 people. We continued to sponsor this event and offer real estate investment consulting services to guests who came to us as potential investors. Hope everyone coming to the music festival enjoys themselves!

The 2023 Boston International Asian Music Festival was experiencing its last one in Lexington. Although it was raining at the very beginning, there were still 300 people who came and support the music festival. As a sponsor, we tried our best to offer consultant services and greatly assist the music festival!

Summer Festival in Chinatown is a traditional campaign, and people are very willing to gather together and celebrate the beautiful summer. Nearly 400 guests come and shop around that day, so it's a really big event. We, as one of the sponsors, joined it and shared experiences with people interested in real estate investment.

This Saturday, we held a breaking ground ceremony for Somerville Project! Since this project was going to be torn down soon by the end of July, we decided to invite guests to come and tour the old house in person. Eventually, 25 people came and attended the great breaking ground ceremony. 

Asian Real Estate Professional Association created a social networking forum in Boston today, and nearly 50 guests were officially invited to attend. As a sponsor, we also joined in. Nicholas, the founder and CEO of our company, had an excellent speech and sincerely shared his career path in the real estate industry. 

The 53rd Summer Festival was greatly held in Chinatown this Sunday! 1000+ people who were interested in Asian culture and food came and celebrated the August Moon Festival together. We're really happy to meet some potential investors and talk with them about the financial investment model.

This Sunday, the 36th Summer Festival was greatly held in Quincy! Nearly 1,000 people came to celebrate the August Moon Festival, and they all enjoyed the great Asian culture and food. Honestly, it was a surprise for us to have potential investors coming and communicating the financial investment model with us.

The 13th Asian American Day Festival was greatly going on in Boston Common this Saturday! As a co-organizer, we handed out 200+ free balloons to people, hoping they had a great experience staying here. To be honest, nearly 1,500 people came and attended this festival, and they all enjoyed the amazing food and performances.

Lexington Spring Festival was held this Sunday! Nearly 300 people came to the site and celebrate the coming Dragon New Year. As a silver sponsor, we brought 360 free New Year packages and handed them out to the audience at the entrance. It's great to have a nice Sunday with Lexington!

Beijing alumni association held a Spring Festival for Beijing folks this Saturday in Newton! 300 people came and celebrated the coming New Year. As sponsors, we brought free New Year packages for the audience, wishing everyone had great experience. It's really a great honor to spend the beautiful Sunday with Newton!

Weston is an amazing place, for people here are enthusiastic and friendly. Nearly 200 people came to Weston High School and were involved in the brilliant Weston Spring Festival. NT Development is one of the sponsors, we prepared 220 New Year packages for people coming today!

This Saturday, CAAN and other organizations collaborated to host a Spring Festival event in Newton. Approximately 300 individuals attended the event. As a sponsor, NT Development provided 200 New Year packages and wished everyone a joyful Chinese New Year celebration! 

Wellesley Chinese Language School celebrated the Year of the Dragon this Saturday. The annual gala attracted about 250 children and adults. As a sponsor, NT Development provided 110 New Year packages and extended warm wishes for a joyful Chinese New Year celebration to all attendees! 

This past Saturday, the Hopkinton Chinese American Association hosted its Lunar New Year celebration at Hopkinton High School. About 200 people attended this event, and NT Development proudly sponsored it by preparing 110 New Year packages and 150 glow sticks for attendees!

Cambridge Lunar New Year Celebration for the Year of the Dragon was successfully hosted this Sunday. Approximately 100 people participated. We continued to sponsor the event and offered 80 New Year's packages to guests who were potential investors as a gesture of support.

Sichuan and Chongqing associations held an amazing Spring Festival this Saturday! Nearly 300 people came to attend and celebrate the New Year. NT Development, as an enthusiastic sponsor, provided guests with Free Milk Tea, wishing everyone good luck and fortune! How wonderful this Saturday was!

Westborough WCAA hosted an impressive Lantern Festival last Saturday with over 150 attendees. Children provided wonderful musical instrument performances and dances. NT Development sponsored the event and provided free milk tea, which attracted more than half the crowd and sparked investment conversations.
