NT Development is a real estate development company, focusing on property management, financial investment, real estate projects development, and architecture construction.

What we currently do is purchasing land, tearing down the old house, and rebuilding a new building. Real estate agency or brokers, focused on selling house, which is not our business or services. 

It depends on the investment cases you chose. For 2-year quarterly return, the investor would get their benefits every three months, and their principal at the end of project. For 2-year once return, the investors would get their benefits and principal all together once the project is finished within 2 years.

$50,000 is available to start investment.

(1) We provide online or offline one-on-one consultation 

(2) Target  the project and investment plan (Contracting & Contractual justice) 

(3) Remittance of funds to the designated project company to formalize the investment

(4) The end of the project, you get the return of principal and interest
